Brief · who can come back You have 30 days from the day your order arrived to send non-personalised items back. Plus the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Brief · the no-fly list A few categories are excluded for hygiene or because they are made specifically for you. Faulty items in these categories are always covered — see Gate 03.
  • PersonalisedCustom names, numbers, dates, slogans — made just for you, can't be re-sold.
  • WigsHygiene exclusion. Once worn or unwrapped.
  • HosieryTights, stockings, fishnets — hygiene exclusion.
  • UnderwearBras, briefs, basques — hygiene exclusion.
  • Cosmetics with broken sealsFace paint, glitter, latex — once opened, cannot be re-sold.
  • Final sale itemsMarked clearly on the product page before you buy.

Faulty or damaged

Brief · we made it right If something arrives wrong or breaks during normal use, we cover the cost of return shipping and either replace, repair or refund. Send a photo of the issue alongside your email so we can act fast.
  • Within 30 daysFull refund, replacement or repair — your choice.
  • 30 days – 6 monthsReplacement, repair, or refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
  • Postage coveredWe send a pre-paid return label. You don't pay to send a fault back.

  • 02 · Get authorisedWe reply within 2 working days with a reference and instructions.
  • 03 · Post itUse a tracked, signed-for service. Keep your receipt — proof of postage protects you.
  • 04 · We inspectWithin 2–3 working days of arrival.
  • 05 · RefundIssued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.

Refunds & timing

Brief · the money side Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds normally show within a few working days; PayPal/Apple Pay can be near-instant after approval.
  • Original methodCard → card. PayPal → PayPal. Apple/Google Pay → original card.
  • AmountItem value. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is a fault on us.
  • Return postageYou cover return postage on change-of-mind returns. We cover it on faults and our errors.
  • Bank delaysOnce we issue, your bank takes 3–5 days. Beyond that, contact your bank first.
  • Lost in postTracked service is essential — without tracking we can't investigate a missing return.
