Can I return or change it after ordering?
Personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Reg. 28(1)(b)). We can't refund for typos or change of mind. We do replace anything we've misprinted or that arrives damaged — no quibble.
What size should I order?
